Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add your chicken, dark soy sauce, grilled mix, black pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt and seasoning, mix well and marinate for 1 hour

    In a pot add in carrots, peas, salt and stir fry for like 4mins, add green chilli and bell peppers stir fry for 2min

    In another pan add some oil and onion sauté for 2min then add in scotch bonnet, garlic powder, ginger powder mix then add your marinated chicken and fry for like 10mins

    Add your washed rice and stir fry for 15mins, add lemon zest mix and then add orange juice and chicken stock and mix

  5. 5

    Add boiled water, seasoning, light soy sauce, curry, black pepper, garam masala and tandoori masala mix then cover the pan until well cooked

  6. 6

    Add your fried veggies and stir until well combine, cover and let it simmer for 2mins, your orange rice is ready to serve 😋
