Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsesame seeds
  2. 3/4 cupjaggery
  3. 1 tbspdry ginger powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a heavy bottomed pan, in medium heat add a cup of white sesame seeds and keep stirring them until they turn light brown. Transfer them to a plate and let cool completely.

    Add the cooled roasted sesame seeds, jaggery and dry ginger powder in a mixer grinder jar and pulse it to get a coarse powder mixture.

    Make ladoo and store in airtight container. Enjoy it in winter months.
