Til ke Laddu or Sesame ladoo is a traditional Indian sweet made during winter months and Makar Sankranti or Lohri. This Vegan sweet is absolutely delicious and is made with roasted sesame and jaggery.
Cooking Instructions

Heat a heavy bottomed pan, in medium heat add a cup of white sesame seeds and keep stirring them until they turn light brown. Transfer them to a plate and let cool completely.

Add the cooled roasted sesame seeds, jaggery and dry ginger powder in a mixer grinder jar and pulse it to get a coarse powder mixture.

Make ladoo and store in airtight container. Enjoy it in winter months.
