The coconut oil that I bought while in Rota Island was solid. Since it's so good for you I wanted to be able to take it every day. When I tried in in my coffee, it dissolved easily and gave off a great smell I also tried it with black tea, but the coffee tasted much better. I wanted to inform others of the wonderful benefits of coconut oil, so I uploaded this recipe.When I was in Rota Island, I was told that if you take 1 spoonful of coconut oil everyday, you'll never need to see a doctor.Recently I've been paying more attention to different kinds of oil and thinking about what's good for dieting. Tried to make filter coffee at home without the machine! It tasted pretty good. Also, once you have filter coffee, the starbucks and ccd's will stop tasting good.
