Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2boil potatoes grated
  2. 200 gmswhole wheat flour
  3. 1/4 tspChat Masala
  4. 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  5. 2-3 pinchasafoetida(Hing)
  6. 2-3Turmeric Powder
  7. 1/4 tspRed Chilli Powder
  8. 1/4 tspGaram Masala Powder
  9. 3-4green chillies chop
  10. 1🧅 chopped
  11. 3-4 tspChopped Coriander
  12. 1/4 tspchili flax
  13. As requiredOil for making parathas

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl 🥣 grate boil potatoes then add salt 🧂 per taste

    Now add chat masala, Asafoetida, Carom seeds.

    Add Turmeric powder, Red Chilli Powder

  4. 4

    Now add chop green chillies, chopped Coriander now add water gradually

  5. 5

    Mix well with a beater, add chilli Flax and mix well

  6. 6

    Now cover it with a lid for 10 -15 minutes.After 10 -15 minutes open the lid and check the consistency.

    Now heat oil in a non-stick pan and brush it properly in medium flame 🔥🔥. Pour the batter onto the pan as given picture.

    Don't spread like dosa make it bit small as I made.Cook it for 3 minutes and then Flip it slowly and cook it for 2-3 minutes from other side aswell.

    Now serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.....
