In a bowl 🥣 grate boil potatoes then add salt 🧂 per taste

Now add chat masala, Asafoetida, Carom seeds.

Add Turmeric powder, Red Chilli Powder

Now add chop green chillies, chopped Coriander now add water gradually

Mix well with a beater, add chilli Flax and mix well

Now cover it with a lid for 10 -15 minutes.After 10 -15 minutes open the lid and check the consistency.

Now heat oil in a non-stick pan and brush it properly in medium flame 🔥🔥. Pour the batter onto the pan as given picture.

Don't spread like dosa make it bit small as I made.Cook it for 3 minutes and then Flip it slowly and cook it for 2-3 minutes from other side aswell.

Now serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.....
