Ingredients

  1. 1 sachetVegan gelatine powder
  2. 270 mlLiquid Double Cream
  3. 100 mlPasteurized Cow Milk to heat with Cream
  4. 200 mlcold Pasteurized Cow Milk for setting powder
  5. 50 gWhite Sugar
  6. 5Vanilla Pods for extracting the seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Place 200ml of milk in a 600ml measurement cup and then add the One sachet of Vegan gelatine powder to the cold milk to dissolve

    Put the Liquid Double Cream in a saucepan and then add the 50g of white sugar and then add the 100ml of milk. With a small sharp Kitchen knife cut down the middle of the Vanilla Pod's and then use the small sharp Knife too scrape out the Vanilla Seeds add to the sugary Cream and milk

    Gently simmer and keep stirring with a Wooden Spoon or heat proof Spatula - allow the mix too get hot before adding the dissolved Vegan gelatine powder and milk and then keep stirring until the whole mix has thickened and then add to your plastic heat proof measurement cup and then allow to set in the Fridge
