  4. half tsp Elaichi powder
  5. Adha pao khoya
  6. Few drops kewra essence
  7. 1 chatank khopra (Kasa hua)
  8. As Required or to taste Pistachio Almond
  9. Chandi ka warq for decoration

    Chawal bhigo k boil kar lein.

    Pani itna dalen k usi me pak k pani khushk ho jaey.

    Phr chawal ko bilkul mash krlen chahen to blend kar lein.

    Then Doodh boil karein.

    Us me chawal dalen or dheemi anch pe pakaen.

    Jab pakty pakty garhi hony lgy to cheeni or elaichi powder dal k pakaen.

    Or jab achi tarha pak jaey to khoya b masal kar dal dein.

    Or kasa hua khopra b dal kar achi trha chalaen tak achy sy mix hojaey.

    Or jab kheer jitni ap garhi rkhna chahty hain utni garhi ho jaey to few drops kewra essence dal kar chalaen.

    Halka thanda kar ke bowl me nikal lein.

    Badam, pisty, Chandi k warq sy garnish karein.

    Mazedar kheer tayar hy.

    (Note: kheer ko halki anch par pakana hy or khayal rhy chalaty rehna hy chorna ni hy wrna kheer lag jaey gi)
