  1. 1 cupsoaked sabunda
  2. 1 cupcrushed Roasted peanuts
  3. 1 cupboiled potato
  4. 1 tbspChilli ginger paste
  5. as per taste salt
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. as requiredOil for fry

    Take a bowl add soaked sabudana, peanuts, boiled Potato, Chilli ginger paste, lemon juice, salt as per taste now mix all ingredients together

    Now make a Vada out of it and make sure it binds all together very well.

    Now heat the oil and when the oil is medium hot put Vada into it and fry until its golden brown. Now serve with green chutney, dahi and sweet chutney.
