Making a Khajoor milkshake is not at all a tedious affair. Rather it's easy, healthy, delicious and fulfilling on the occasion of fasting. I won't feel hungry for a long time if I take this drink, be it fast or any other time.

Ingredients

  1. 4dates (no sugar)
  2. Cold Milk (a glass)
  3. 1/5 Tspblack pepper powder
  4. 1/4 Tspcinnamon powder
  5. 1/3dry ginger powder
  6. 1.5 Tbspchopped dry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    Arrange and assemble the ingredients. In a small jar take chopped dates (seeds removed) and all masala powder, dry fruits mentioned. Grind to paste.

    Add milk as required, chun in the small grinder jar. Check and ensure that all ingredients are removed.

    I added a little more milk and scraped with a spoon to extract all. Add to a clean glass, garnish with dry cranberries and serve.

    * I have included cashews tukada, chopped almonds and pista.
