  1. For Achar masala:-
  2. 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  3. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  4. 1 tspasafoetida
  5. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  6. 1 tbspfennal seeds
  7. 1 tspFenugreek seeds
  8. For achar :-
  9. 2radish
  10. 15-20green chilli
  11. 2-3 tbspmustard oil
  12. 1tap onion seeds(kalaunzi)
  13. 1 tspcitric acid
  14. 3 tbspsalt
  15. 3 tbspred chilli powder
  16. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  17. 1tap turmericpowder

    In a kadai add all the ingredients like (Fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, fennal seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, coriander seeds)dry roast for 2 min.at low flame.now grind it now achar masala is ready.

    In a same kadai add oil,and add all the masala like (salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder,achar masala powder)mix it well.

    Wash radish then peel and cut them in long pieces. Wash and dry the green chillies and chop them in long pieces. Dry radish and green chilli before making achar Now add mooli and green chilli mix it again.and cook for 10 min.add onion seeds,add citric acid mix it well.now achar is ready to serve with chapati,poori.
