Ingredients

20-25minutes
2+serves
  1. 10-12 piecesGum Berry Or Gunda
  2. 1 cupBesan
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 2 tspoil
  7. 1 tspmustard seeds
  8. 1 tspCumin
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 pinchAsafoetida
  11. Finely chopped coriander leaves optional

Cooking Instructions

20-25minutes
  1. 1

    Take the Gum Berry and remove the seeds from them
    Now take mixing bowl take all the spices

  2. 2

    Mix them well and stuff the masala in the Gum Berry

  3. 3

    Steam them in the steamer for about 10-12mins.
    Now take the oil and crackle Mustard and Cumin seeds add pinch of Asafoetida and stir fry the steamed Gum Berry for 3-4mins

  4. 4

    Add the extra stuffed masala over them and mix them well and serve them hot as side dish in your meals 😋
