  1. 500 mlRye Flour
  2. 5 mlSalt
  3. 200 mlBeer

    Sieve the Rye Flour and Salt.

    Add in the Beer and knead into a dough. Add additional flour if the dough is sticky

  3. 3

    Devide the daug into 6 balls.

  4. 4

    Roll each ball out as thin as possible. Use additional flour to prent it from sticking to the rolling pin and work surface.

  5. 5

    Fry the bread over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
