Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsweet corn
  2. 2tabspoon cornstarch / cornflour
  3. 1/2tspoon / as needed salt
  4. 1/2tspoon red chilly powder
  5. Cooking oil for deep frying
  6. 1/2lemon juice
  7. 1/2tspoon chaat masala powder

    Take vessel add 2 cup water boil it add sweet corn boil for 5-6 min. Take out from boilling water strain from water. Keep it in bowl.

    Now add cornflour red chilly powder salt mix all well

  3. 3

    Mix chhat masala coat it well. Everything mix with your hands.

    Now heat up oil in pan add sweet corns fry for 2 min carefully. Remove in to plate likewise add lemon juice mix everything well.

    Your easy crunchy spicy sweetcorn ready.
