Masala Crispy corn is a popular snack in restaurant menu as starter, deep-fried crunchy sweet corn kernels are tossed in spices and sauces. In this recipe how to make easy crispy corn that gives you the best results.

First upon in a pan bring water to boil firstly. After that add sweet corn and boil for 5-6 minutes. Once done, drain from water. Make sure there is not excess water.

Then Keep a side and let it cool completely. Keep all the ingredients ready while corn gets cooled.

Now take boiled corn in the mixing bowl. Then add corn flour, rice flour and mix it very well.

Now add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and mix it very well. The corn should be coated completely with flour and dry, as separate corn kernels

Now heat oil on medium gas flame in a broad pan. Once hot, add the prepared corn in portions. Reduce the flame and continue stir and frying carefully until the corn starts turning golden in color. Then drain in paper towel. Repeat to finish.

Now prepare masala seasoning for crispy corn. In a small bowl add red chilli powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black salt and salt. Then mix it very well.

Then add this seasoning masala in a fried crispy corn and mix very well.

Now add finely chopped green capsicum, finely chopped onion, finely chopped spring onion and finely chopped green coriander leaves and mix very well. Then add lemon juice and mix it very well.

Now our very crispy and yummy restaurant style Masala Crispy Corn is ready for serve. Serve and garnish with spring onion and green coriander leaves.
