Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupboiled corns
  2. 1/4 cuprice flour
  3. 4 tspcornflour
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1 inchgrated ginger
  6. 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  7. 1/2 tspkitchen king masala
  8. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  9. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  10. As per taste Salt
  11. 1onion chopped
  12. 1/2capsicum chopped
  13. As required Green coriander
  14. as per requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    First, take boiled corns in a grinder & grind them to a coarse paste. Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add rice flour & cornflour to it. Mix it well.

    Now add chopped onions, capsicum, green chili & ginger to it. Add all spices to it as mentioned. Mix all ingredients well & make a dough-like.

    Grease your hands & take some portion of this dough. Put this mixture on an ice cream stick & give it the shape of a kabab.

    Heat oil in a pan & fry these kababs on medium flame till golden brown. Our crispy corn kabab is ready to serve. Serve it with green chutney & salad.
