Ingredients

  1. 250 gMacaroni
  2. 300 mlMilk
  3. 3Amul Cheese cubes
  4. 1Chings Schzewan Chutney
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. Oregano according to taste
  7. Mustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add water with little bit of Mustard oil and Salt. Let the water reach it's boiling point.

    Add Macaroni to pan and cover it with lid for 10mins. Check Macaroni at regular intervals till it's soft.

    After boiling cool the Macaroni in cold water for some time and remove on other utensil.

    For white sauce take a pan add little bit of Mustard oil and 300ml of milk. Let milk reach it's boiling point.

    Lower the temperature a bit and add Chings Schzewan Chutney and mix it well. Let the milk boil for few minutes.

    Add oregano to mik and cover the pan with lid for 2 minutes.

    Add cheese cubes and cover the pan with lid. Let the cheese melt properly. Increase the temperature a bit.

    After the cheese is melted mix it well with spatula and add Macaroni and mix it well.

    Add salt according to taste and cover the lid for 5 mins.

    At last mix the Macaroni well and add oregano for seasoning at top.

    Finally Serve!!!
