Hot Honey Glazed Sausages with Peppers

Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. 4-6Polish Sausages, baked in oven and sliced thick. (Or cooked however you like em)
  2. 1red bell pepper, sliced
  3. 1large onion, cut in half, then sliced
  4. 1Green bell pepper, sliced
  5. 1yellow bell pepper, sliced
  6. Glaze
  7. 1 tbshoney
  8. 1.5 tbsgrainy Dijon mustard
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 2 tspblack pepper, (or more if you want it more "hot")
  11. 2 tspworcestershire sauce
  12. 1 tbsketchup
  13. 1 tspcorn starch
  14. 1/4 cupwater or chicken broth, just to loosen the glaze a bit
  15. 4fresh garlic cloves, minced

Cooking Instructions

    Mix your glaze ingredients in a bowl, and set aside

    In a large pan, drizzle olive oil and toss in all your veggies, Sautee over medium- high heat for about 5 min until cooked but still crisp. Lightly salt, then pour your veggies into a bowl and set aside.

    Using the same heat, and In the same pan, add your cooked sliced sausages and pour the glaze over them. Bring everything to a super rapid bubble, then turn your heat down to medium. Let cook for 3-4min. (Do not turn or toss the Sausages around the pan during this time. Let them get caramelized in the glaze)

    After 3-4 min, mix everything around. If it's sticky and most of the water from the glaze has turned sticky, you're done! Serve with veggies and rice, or without rice, or eat em with noodles, or don't.. there are no rules :)
