Ingredients

15-20 minutes
1 jar
  1. 2mangoes small
  2. 1/3 cupdesiccated coconut (optional)
  3. 3-4green chilies chopped
  4. 1 cupcoriander leaves
  5. 1 tspSalt / to taste
  6. 1/4 cup water or as required for grinding chutney ingredients 😋
  7. 1 tbspmint leaves
  8. 1/2 tspGarlic (optional)
  9. 1onion chopped

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes

    Rinse the mangoes well. Then, dry them with a kitchen towel.
    Peel and chop them into small pieces.

    Remove and discard the stones.
    In a blender or grinder, add the chopped mangoes, coconut, garlic, green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves and salt as required....
    Blend the ingredients to a smooth mango chutney, scraping the sides every 35-45 second add more water only as required while bleeding.

    Transfer mango chutney to serving bowl. Serve with any snacks like pakora, samosa and sandwich.
