In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, clove, Elaichy, bay leaf onion, saute for 6-7 minutes. Add ginger, garlic, saute for 3-4 minutes. Again add sliced tomato, cashew, turmeric, red chilli powder saute for 5-7 minutes.

Cool down and in a mixer jar make fine paste. Remove bay leaf. In a pan heat oil, add gravy saute for 8-10 minutes on low flame. Add boiled corn.

After 4-5 minutes add paneer. Saute for few minutes. Add sliced capsicum.

Serve hot. With paratha.
