I used chicken tenderloins instead of chicken breast because that's what I had and I also use whole pre cooked bacon strips

This is just a recipe that I thought would work well and, it came out pretty well. If you have a better picture, please add it because my camera isn't very good.

A few years ago, when I was on the South Beach diet, I came across this recipe. It immediately became a family favorite! Coming from an Italian background, I felt compelled to make a few changes. I don't know how SB friendly it is with my changes, but I'm sure it isn't too far off base.

Smoked on Traeger at 275 for 1 and half hours. I used apple pellets. Internal temp 165

Add provolone cheese on top with some extra tomatoes on top as well and this is delicious! :)

Came up with this on because I had some feta and lemons left over from making a Greek salad previously. Chicken was tender and flavour really packed a punch. I'll be cooking this one again for sure. Enjoy!

I had a craving for a bacon wrapped chicken breast but my mother had already started cooking somethibg else! So I decided to only take out one chicken breast and make them minature and winded coming up with a great appetizer!! Hope u all like :)
