When my mother asked my oldest son what he wanted to eat, he said "matsutake!," so she sent some. I made matsutake mushroom rice with a nice fragrance. I'm a fan of it seasoned with soy sauce.

Lightly cooking the mushrooms until fragrant is the most delicious. Recipe by Mihomiho mama recipes

Add a little less water than the indicated amount for 3 cups of rice in the rice cooker, then add the soy sauce, sake, and salt, and mix.

Add mushrooms and set to cook as usual.

  6. 6

Once it's finished, combine evenly with quick strokes.

  7. 7

The freshly cooked rice has a great aroma.

  8. 8

I also recommend making cute onigiri rice balls.
