材料

18㎝ tins, serves 10人分
  1. Eggs 3
  2. Caster sugar 1Table spoon
  3. Slat 1pinch
  4. Unsalted butter 90g
  5. Flour 100g
  6. Baking powder 1tea spoon
  7. Strawberry jam 60g
  8. Lemon juice 1tea spoon
  9. ◆Whip cream (optional)
  10. Cream 1/2cup
  11. Sugar 1 Table spoons

    Melt the butter with microwave, preheat the oven to 180℃.

    Line the base with greaseproof paper circles.Dust with flour

    In a large bowl, beat eggs, add sugar by dividing 3 times.

    Add salt and beat until light and fluffy.

  6. 6

    Shift half the flour and mix gently with spatula.

  7. 7

    Then shift the rest of the flour.

    Add melted butter little by little and mix with spatula.

  9. 9

    Divide the mixture between the tins and spread out evenly.

    Bake for 30mins with preheated oven to 180℃.

    Mix strawberry jam with lemon juice.

    Whip the cream and add sugar.

    Leave the cake to cool then transfer to a wire rack or dish.

    Cut the cake into two layers. And spread the strawberry jam.

    Spread whip cream as a option. And sandwich the cake.

    Dust powder sugar on the top and decollate if you like.
