Ingredients

  1. 2/3medium onion finely chopped
  2. 1/2 cupparsley[I used freeze dried]
  3. 1/3 cuppanko bread crumbs
  4. 2/3 cupgrated parmigiana-regiano
  5. 1 tsp.garlic powder
  6. 1 pinchred pepper[optional]
  7. to tastesalt and pepper
  8. 2 tbs.marinara sauce [ I used homemade. from my moms marinara sauce]
  9. 1large egg
  10. 1lbs. ground beef

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400 F. use bottom 1/3 of oven to cook meatballs

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients excepts ground beef. and stir with a spoon

  3. 3

    Add ground beef, mix with hands,, until blended well and smells really good.

    Shape in to meatballs[ I use my 1/4 cup measure and then round them out with my hands to make round.]

    Add thin layer of marinara sauce to bottom of glass baking dish add meatballs making sure not to touch. [I had to use to dishes]

    Cover with tin foil. bake at 400F for 45 mins. uncover and bake another 5 mins.

    I add my cook meatballs to a potato roll. Meatball sandwich
