Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 F. use bottom 1/3 of oven to cook meatballs

Add all ingredients excepts ground beef. and stir with a spoon

Add ground beef, mix with hands,, until blended well and smells really good.

Shape in to meatballs[ I use my 1/4 cup measure and then round them out with my hands to make round.]

Add thin layer of marinara sauce to bottom of glass baking dish add meatballs making sure not to touch. [I had to use to dishes]

Cover with tin foil. bake at 400F for 45 mins. uncover and bake another 5 mins.

I add my cook meatballs to a potato roll. Meatball sandwich

These are THE best meatballs. Period. People literally beg me for them. People offer to pay me for them. I make a lot, and it's never enough.They are time consuming. Make a lot. This recipe scales nicely.They are moist. They are delicious. You will not eat just one.They freeze really well. I put 6 plus sauce in quart freezer bags. Throw in a pot with lid on low heat for 45 or so minutes and you've got a super easy, super delicious meal. Kamado John Wayne -
