  1. 1/2 kggobhi
  2. 2aloo
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/3 tspgaram masala powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tbspmustard oil
  8. chopped coriander leaves

    Cut gobhi floret into pieces.peel and wash aloo gobhi properly with warm water

    Heat mustard oil in a kadai and add gobhi aloo stir fry for 3-4 min.

    On high flame 🔥

    Then put red chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder and garam masala powder mix well and cover to cook on low flame.

    Check in between when it gets ready turn off the flame 🔥 Transfer to a serving dish garnish with chopped coriander and serve
