  2. 1aloo chopped
  3. 2tomatoes chopped
  4. as neededAll regular spices (salt, red chilli , turmeric)

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash and cut aloo gobhi and tomatoes.

    On the flame and heat the oil in kadhai. Fry gobi in medium heat add tomatoes and dey spices and cook 5 mint.

  3. 3

    Gobi mix well coved lid.after 5 mint open the lid and toss it coved with lid add aloo and cook 10 mint off the flame aloo gobi is ready to seeve.
