  2. 1 pieceice apple chopped
  3. 1 glass (200 ml)water
  4. 1 tspchia seeds soaked in water
  5. 1/2mango 🥭 cut in to small cubes
  6. 1 tspsugar / mishri

    In blender add 3 ice apple sugar & water blend it nicely

    In a glass add few ice cubes then chia seed then chopped ice apple & then mango 🥭 cubes ;add blended juice & give a nice stir enjoy thanda thanda cool cool to beat the heat in summer
