  1. 200 gRoast chicken breast
  2. 1/4Cucumber
  3. 50 gBoiled green beans
  4. 1/4Lemon
  5. 1 gSalt
  6. 1 gBlack pepper
  7. 15 mlOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the roast chicken breast into appropriate sized for chicken salad

    Slice 1/4 cumber into appropriate sized for salad

  3. 3

    Mix cut chicken, sliced cucumber and boiled green beans together

  4. 4

    Squeeze 1/4 lemon juice into mixture and add the salt, black pepper and olive oil

  5. 5

    Separate salad into 1 person portions and enjoy!
