Cut the bell peppers into small pieces, trim the roots off the mushrooms and separate them, cook the chicken breast and shred it for later use.

Mix the bell peppers and mushrooms with olive oil until evenly coated, place in the air fryer at 360°F (180°C) for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Combine the chicken, bell peppers, and mushrooms, then drizzle with sesame dressing.

You can steam the chicken breast and shred it.
