Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSemolina
  2. 3 tbspMaida
  3. 5 tbspOil
  4. 1/2 cupCurd
  5. 1 cuppowder Sugar
  6. 1 tspBaking Powder
  7. 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  8. 1/2 tspVanilla Essence
  9. 1/2 tspCinnamon powder
  10. 2medium ripe Banana

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble ingredients, mash ripe banana and keep aside
    Put Oven for pre heat and grease cake mould.

    Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl and keep aside.
    Then add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix nicely.

    Add Cinnamon powder, add mashed banana and mix gently.

    Add Baking soda and give a gentle mix, Cake batter is done.

    Pour cake batter to cake mould and tap few times. Decorate with Cashews.

    Put into pre heat Oven or into assembled Oven and bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
    In between check it.

    Check with tooth pick whether cake is fully baked or not.
    Take out of Oven and allow to cool.
