Roast cashew nuts, pista,almonds,wallnuts slietly and then grind roughly.Also grind resins.

Grinded dry fruits, grinded resins and fry grinded dates mix it and make douge. Then take modak mould add some gride pista pieces it look nice and add douge in it and make all modak.Sprincle little poppy seeds on each modak.

Dry fruit Dates Modak are ready to show naivedya to Bappa.

Take dates and grind in mixer.In pan add 2 tablespoon of ghee and roast it for 10/15 stir contuniously.
