  1. 1 bunchshepu bhaji
  2. 4 clovesgarlic
  3. 4green chilli
  4. 4 tbspmung dal
  5. 4 tbsproasted ground powder
  6. 1 cupgreen leaves of pumpkin l
  7. 1 tbspjeera
  8. 3 tbspOil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut the shepu bhaji and green leaves of pumpkin

  2. 2

    Cut the onion and grind the green chilli and garlic.put the iron kadai on the gas add oil,add jeera let it crackle now add grinded green chilli roast the onion and chilli in the oil.

    Now add bhaji and soaked mung dal and add salt as per taste. Cover the kadai with lead and cook the bhaji stir in between.

    Now add peanut powder and mix well

    Shepu bhaji ready to serve

    Serve with jowar bhakari..it's yummy I cooked this in the iron kadai
