Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspBajra Flour
  2. 2 tbspGhee
  3. 4 tbspjaggery
  4. 1 Glasswater
  5. 1 tspdry ginger powder and Ganthoda powder
  6. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Make the ingredients ready.

    Take Ghee in a pan.
    Add Bajra flour and roast on a slow flame for 3-4 minutes.
    After that add water,jaggery, salt,dry Ginger powder and Ganthoda powder.
    Let the raab boil for 2-3 minutes and become semi thick.
    Then switch off the flame.

    Transfer the liquid in the serving bowl
    Serve immediately.
    This Bajra Raab is Very Healthy and suitable for the winter season..
