Banana is full of Potassium & water. It helps in improving digestive health. Bananas are rich in fiber, antioxidants & several nutrients . A medium sized banana contains about 105 calories.
We consume bananas in various ways. In fact, each part of banana tree is used as food. Still major use of raw & ripe bananas are preferred by people , as it is available easily.
Ripe bananas are consumed as fruit, in dessert , salads & vegetables. Here I have made spiced banana using zero oil which can be consumed as vegetable or condiment.

Ingredients

10 minutes + 4 hours resting time
4 person
  1. 4banana (medium sized & ripe)
  2. 2 tbspred chilli powder
  3. 4 tbspsugar
  4. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes + 4 hours resting time

    Peel off bananas & cut into slices.

  2. 2

    Add sugar, red chilli powder & salt, mix well & cover it.

  3. 3

    Stir it every half an hour.
    After 3-4 hours it will be ready with nice thick gravy.

    Relish it with meals.
    Note:
    1. Properly riped bananas are preferable.
    2. You can adjust red chilli powder & sugar as per your taste.
