Ingredients

  1. 1Alphonso mango
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 2 tbsp sugar
  4. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. 2 tbsp Chopped mango squares
  7. 2 scoopmango ice cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add 2 tb sp sugar in a pan and heat and cook while stirring till it becomes brown liquid. Immediately mix it in curd and stir well. Curd gets caramelized.

    Peel and chop mango.

  3. 3

    Transfer chopped mango in a mixer. Add caramelized curd and churn till smooth.

    Add milk and cardamom powder and churn again for 30 seconds.

    Transfer it to a serving glass. Add chopped mango pieces over it.

    Add scoops full of mango ice cream over it.

  7. 7

    Serve immediately.
