Korean Chilli Garlic Potato is a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Its unique combination of flavors and textures is sure to impress your taste buds.
Easy to make and super tasty.
Cooking Instructions

Boil,peel and mash the potatoes. Make other ingredients ready.

Add mashed potato in the mixing bowl. Now add corn flour,salt, pepper powder,and a half quantity of chopped coriander. Bind the mixture and knead a dough. Make small lemon size balls. Now make a mushroom shape impression by the empty bottle.(See the pic)

Boil the water. Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil in it. When water starts boiling,add all the Potato balls and boil for 2-3 minutes,then transfer into a cold water bowl.

Now make a garlic mixture. Heat the oil in a pan, add garlic chunks, Chilli flakes, coriander, sesame seeds and soy sauce. Stir the mixture. Now add potato balls and mix with oil mixture gently. Cook for a minute then switch off the gas.

Yummy chilli garlic Potato is ready. Transfer in the serving dish and sprinkle some coriander. Enjoy yummy Korean Snack.
