Ingredients

  1. 1.5 litrefull fat milk
  2. 1.5 cupvermicelli (semiya)
  3. 1 cupjaggery powder
  4. 1/2 cupdry fruits (almond, raisins, cashew)
  5. 2 tspghee

    In a pan add little amount of ghee, roast the dry fruits and then dry roast the vermicelli. Take out and keep aside.

    In a separate vessel boil milk, stir it while boiling for few minutes. Now add vermicelli and keep cooking frequently stirring for 10 to 15 minutes. This will thicken the milk and also absorbing milk. Now add jaggery powder and continuously stirring.

    One you switch off the heat, add the roasted dry fruits and let the kheer cool. Then serve it.
