Stir-fry Noodle Soup Stir-fry Noodle Soup
In the style of Shandong, and taken with liberties from Martin Yan, this soup has a seriously savory body that invites you to eat everything broth and all. It starts with a stir fry of pork, mushrooms, and veggies, followed by an Asian stock, which poaches eggs. The soup is labeled over noodles. Surprisingly hearty yet light. Lance Wilson -
Vegetable Chow Mein - Stirfried Noodles Vegetable Chow Mein - Stirfried Noodles
Stirfry seems simple, but it can be really tricky. I have been making stirfries my entire life and just haven't been able to get it right... Until recently. Every single time I had cooked a homemade stirfry, I would end up with a soupy mess. Vegetable sweat=not pleasant. Even cooking the vegetables to perfection is an art. There is nothing worse than a chowmein with vegetables that have been completely obliterated! The keys to making this method work are stirfrying the vegetables separately, working quickly, always cooking on high and adding a flavorful sauce at the very end. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT cook everything together in an effort to simplify the recipe. Trust me. You won't regret using the extra dishes.Feel free to use the vegetables of your choice. You may not go through all 7 tablespoons of sesame oil. Use only as much as you need to get the job done and to help keep everything from sticking or burning. Izandro -

Quick Ramen Noodles with Stir-Fried Vegetables Quick Ramen Noodles with Stir-Fried Vegetables
I often cook ramen noodles for a quick lunch on weekends, and I cook this one to keep a well-balanced diet.Cook the vegetables quickly over high heat. Please try to finish cooking the noodles when the vegetables are almost ready. The water for the soup should be piping hot. It's even better when you warm up the serving bowl before hand. Stir Fried Vegetables Stir Fried Vegetables
My husband likes stir fried vegetables, so I make them a lot.The reason I stir fry the meat at a low heat is to prevent it from splattering. You can just use high heat from the start. As I have stated previously, it's best to stop cooking the vegetables when you think they are still a bit raw - they are crispier that way.If you are adding wood ear mushrooms (kikurage), put in a container with water to cover and microwave until they're rehydrated. Any microwave setting is fine. Recipe by Tobundebuu cookpad.japan -

Use more or less Sriracha based on your spice tolerance. Start with 2 tbsp, taste the sauce, and add more if needed. I like to use about 1/4 cup. Add protein if desired such as chicken, beef, pork or tofu and/or additional vegetables of your choice. Jake Grogan -
