Ingredients

  1. Pasta (boiled)
  2. Oil
  3. Cumin seeds (jeera)
  4. 1chopped Onion (pyaz)
  5. 1Potatoes cubes (thinly slice the potatoes)
  6. 1chopped Tomatoes
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  9. 2Cheese cubes
  10. 1 tspCoriander leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a kadhai (wok)and crackle cumin seeds.
    Add onion and sauté for 2 minutes.

    Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and spices, mix well... Add boiled pasta and mix. Top with cheese (if using).

    Ready to Serve Hot in a tiffin box..
