Ingredients

  1. 5eggs
  2. 4tomatoes chopped
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. kales (preferred quantity), chopped and washed
  5. cooking oil
  6. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First whisk the eggs and add salt then add oil in a frying pan and heat. Then add onions. let the onions cook till golden brown.

    Add eggs and let it cook as you stir to mix with the oil. After 5 minutes depending on the amount of heat add tomatoes and stir

    Let it cook for 5 more minutes till the mixture is well mixed. Remove from heat

  4. 4

    Then steam the kales with oil and salt and serve with Ugali
