Rice kales and pan fried eggs

Bring the rice to a boil and you can add tumeric powder if you want to.

Chop the onions and garlic in a sufuria and place on heat to dry then add enough oil,stir until they all turn golden brown then add the chopped carrots,and kales stir a liitle more add a pinch of salt then cover and cook under low heat..

Beat up the eggs in a bowl add liitle to no salt,a little chopped corriander leaves.You the have the egg pan fried!

Serve the meal steaming hot and enjoy!
