  2. 1coconut grated
  3. 1milk ltr
  4. 350 gmssugar
  5. 1 tspcardamom (elaichi) powder
  6. 1/2 cupsemolina roasted (rava)
  7. For The Garnish
  8. 2 tbspscherries sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the milk, coconut and sugar in a deep pan and cook on a medium flame, while stirring occasionally.

    When the mixture becomes thick, reduce the flame and cook for more minutes.

  3. 3

    When the mixture becomes semi-solid, remove from flame.

  4. 4

    Add the semolina and cardamom powder and mix well.

  5. 5

    Divide the mixture into equal portions.

  6. 6

    Apply little water or ghee on your palms and roll out each portion to a medium size ladoo.

  7. 7

    Garnish with cherries.

  8. 8

    Serve immediately or store refrigerated.
