Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsChicken (boneless), cut into small bite size pieces
  2. Oil- For deep frying
  3. For Marination
  4. 1 tablespoonCorn flour
  5. 1number Egg, beaten(optional)
  6. 2 teaspoonsChilli powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonkashmiri chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonPepper powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonCumin powder
  11. 1/4 teaspoonGaram masala
  12. 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  13. 1 teaspoonGinger paste
  14. 1 teaspoonGarlic paste
  15. 2 teaspoonsLime juice
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. For Garnishing
  18. 2numbers Green chilli, slit
  19. 2 sprigsCurry leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients listed under 'for marination'. Cover and refrigerate it for about 2 hours or overnight.

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces in low-medium flame until brown color. Drain them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

    Garnish the fried chicken pieces with deep fried green chillies and curry leaves.

    Serve hot.
