Ingredients

  1. 5eggs
  2. 1ginger
  3. 1garlic
  4. 2Large potatoes
  5. Spring Onions (optional)
  6. 2large carrots (optional)
  7. 1 kgRice
  8. 1 bunchdania
  9. 4 tbspmayonnaise
  10. Oil for frying
  11. 250 gbacon or any meat
  12. 4 tbspsoy source

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the Onions, carrots, potatoes, dania and bacon into small cubicles.

    Put15 ml of oil on the pan and then fry the garlic until a sweet aroma is produced then add the bacon and cook for 3 minutes

    Then add the chopped carrot, potatoes, ginger, salt and peppers, and 2 tbsp of soy source and continue stirring to ensure that does not stick in the surface

    Cook rice and mix with mayonnaise.

    Mix egg and cook mixed egg on frying pan for 3 minutes and add rice to egg and cook for another 3 minutes

    Add bacon and vegetables (method 3) to rice and cook for 3 minutes

    Lastly add dania to 6 and quickly mix and done.
