Ingredients

  1. 4 ozBoneless Skinless Chicken Breast (cut into 1 inch chunks)
  2. 3Eggs
  3. 1 TablespoonSunflower or Sesame Oil
  4. 1 cupDiced Onions (spanish)
  5. 1/4 cupCarrots
  6. 1/4 cupGreen Onions, thinly sliced
  7. 2 cupsWhite Rice
  8. 2 tablespoonsSoy Sauce
  9. 2 tablespoonsSesame Seeds
  10. 2 tablespoonsGarlic Butter { Plus more to taste}

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the oil to the skillet set aside over medium heat season the chicken with salt and pepper cook chicken stirring occasionally until light brown firm opaque look throughout then add the garlic butter and stir to coat set aside

    Use same skillet cook the onions,carrots, and green onion till soft & set aside

  3. 3

    Wipe out pan then scrambled eggs season with salt and pepper add Rice, soy sauce, sesame seed,chicken, onions, carrots & green onions to pan & cook till the rice is warm & brown... Serve Hot & Enjoy. Serves 4
