This is very healthy especially for diabetics like me. From the cooking style down to the ingredients, it will definitely lower your blood sugar, pressure, and cholesterol levels.

Ingredients

  1. ground chicken meat
  2. chopped garlic
  3. chopped onions
  4. chopped carrots
  5. chopped spring onions
  6. molo wrapper
  7. salt
  8. pepper
  9. McCormick's Italian Seasoning (rosemary, thyme, sage, etc..)

Cooking Instructions

    Mixed everything in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Get a piece of molo wrapper and put a small quantity of these mixture. Make sure it is tightly wrapped.

    Do these over again until you ran out of mixture and molo wrappers.

  4. 4

    Put it all inside your steamer. Wait until the water boils and cook it that way for 15mins.

  5. 5

    In a separate bowl prepare your sauce.

  6. 6

    Mix soy sauce with apple cider vinegar. Add chillies.

  7. 7

    That's it!
