Ingredients

1 Roll
  1. 3bowls cooked rice
  2. 1egg
  3. 2 tablespoonred ginger
  4. 1/2red bell pepper
  5. 1/2Cucumber
  6. 2-3 tablespoonSakura Denny (dried fish flake stained pink)
  7. 2 sheetsNori
  8. 1 tablespoonSushinoko(Sushi vinegar powder)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix Sushi powder with cooked rice. And put Sakura Denbu to 1 bowl of sushi rice.

    Fry egg and shred fried egg. Cut cucumber and mince bell pepper.

    Cut Nori

    Put ingredients like photos

    And fried egg

    Red ginger

  7. 7

    Red bell pepper minced.

    Roll very tightly with hands.

    Roll over tightly.

    Stick 1/2 and 1/4 Nori sheets with rice and put white sushi rice on it.

    Place cut cucumber on sushi rice.

    Put rose Sushi Roll on the end and roll tightly

    Wrap with film for a few minutes.
