Tonkatsu Pork Rolls Tonkatsu Pork Rolls
If you make this as a bento side dish with delicious pork bits up to the point where you coat them in bread crumbs the night before, then it is quite simple because you only have to cook them up in the morning.I used pickled plum paste this time, but it is also delicious with cheese. You can use flour dissolved in water in place of the milk and mayo for those of you counting calories. Please lightly season with salt and pepper in that case. This is also good when you top it with cheese sauce . For 4 rolls. Recipe by Musumedaburu cookpad.japan -

Zucchini Pork Teriyaki Rollups Zucchini Pork Teriyaki Rollups
I usually use zucchini just for Ratatouille, and I bought a lot since it was cheap, but I didn't have all the ingredients. I had pork in the fridge, so I rolled the zucchini in it with a Japanese taste. It was really popular.Even my mom, who doesn't like zucchini couldn't stop eating it!The teriyaki sauce is rather light, so I recommend serving with the richer tartar sauce. Homemade tartar sauce is good! For a lighter taste, serve it with grated radish and ponzu sauce! Of course, it's also good with no sauce. For 16 rolls. Recipe by Maa-a cookpad.japan -
