Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsready (boiled) maize and beans mixed
  2. to tastesalt
  3. 2 tablespooncooking oil
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 2potatoes chopped
  6. 1carrot chopped
  7. 2tomatoes chopped
  8. 1capsicum sliced
  9. 1 bunchpumpkin leaves chopped
  10. 1 1/2 glasswater
  11. 1crushed pepper (medium size)

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes

    Fry onions till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, cook till they for a paste

  3. 3

    Add potatoes, capsicum, carrots, salt,pepper and pumpkin leaves and cook for 3-5 minutes

  4. 4

    Add maize and beans mix well with the rest that is cooking

  5. 5

    Add water cook for around 5-8 minutes and its ready to serve
