Pork and Vegestables in Coconut Milk

This is a kind of where i grown up here on my hometown what i really on this is that soup like texture it so creamy and you can taste the meat and other vegestables and so i hope you guys like it too. Also you can adjust the amount of ingridient if its too much for because you know i cook for my family thats why i always cook large servings.

Cooking Instructions

Prepare the ingridient, cut and chop the vegestables and meat

Preheat the pan put some olive oil then saute the garlic and onion untill fragrant then add the tomatoes

Add the pork and season with salt and pepper
- 4
Put some hot water and also add 2 cups of coc milk (save the last cup) and add the string beans season with salt, pepper, sugar and fish sauce and cook until pork is tender

Next add the pumpkin, green chilli and the last cup of coco milk. taste and adjust according to your preference then cook until the pumkin is soft(lid is on)

Serve and enjoy your food ☺
