Cooking Instructions

Boil or steam your spinach till cooked

Once cooked leave on the side to cool

In a pan fry your onion and garlic in very little cooking oil

In a separate dish mix your powdered soup with the milk and stir till its all mixed
- 5
Add your spinach to the mix and cook for another 5 min then INDULGE
- 6
Add the soup mixture to the onions and stir till its a smooth consistancy
